We ask that all clubbers pay dues of $35.00 per year ($36.00 if paying online). We also ask that you pay for the full year at the beginning of the year, if possible. The dues are used to pay for awards that the clubbers earn, for their handbook and uniform, and for incentives for the clubbers throughout the year.
Please note: We want all clubbers to be able to have the books and uniforms. If the cost of these would impose a financial hardship on your family, call the AWANA Commander or talk to any of the Directors (see below). Financial help is available.
AWANA Club for Kindergarten through 6th grade meets weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6:15pm–8:00 p.m., and Trek & Journey meet on Monday nights from 6:30–8:30pm.
All Clubs meet at:
South Hill Bible Church

When picking up your children from AWANA at 8:30 p.m., please come inside the building to get your children. There is too much traffic in the parking lot to have your children wait for you outside. For the safety of all, please park and come inside the church to pick up your children. Thank you.
There is a registration form (see below) and medical release that needs to be signed by the parents and returned with the child when he/she comes to AWANA on Wednesday or Monday night.
Forms for yourself or a friend may be obtained from the AWANA Secretaries at check-in, or from the Commander or a Director.
There are two options for registering for AWANA:
The registration form is required the first night of AWANA Clubs. Ensure you send it in advance or bring it with you.
We look forward to seeing you at Club!
